Vacations can often include a LOT of waiting. Waiting for flights, buses, taxis, hotel rooms to be ready, restaurant tables to open up and so on. If you're not the patient type, carry a book with you. You'll keep your frustration level low if you can keep yourself reasonably occupied when delays crop up.
