There is lots of stuff to do in Key Largo, particular water sports like scuba diving, sailing or snorkeling. So if you like the water, why not stay the night underwater too.
The Jules Undersea Lodge is completely underwater, and is accessible only with scuba gear. There are 2 bedrooms and a lounge. Views out the window that you won't get at a traditional hotel, and they even deliver dinner underwater too.
It's actually quite comfortable, and nothing like a leaky submarine.
