For the best view of the city, head up the CN Tower. Not only can you walk around the viewing deck and see for miles, there is a restaurant on the upper level that rotates.

It's not so fast that you are going to get sick while eating, it's just enough to be noticeable. By the time you are finished your meal, you will have gone around one full circle and seen the lake as well as the city.

The menu is great, but the prices are a little high. You can't beat the atmosphere though.
