If you are planning a business or leisure trip to Tampa, Florida, check out the historic Tampa Theatre if you can. This is no AMC... It's probably unlike any other theatre you've been in. It is extremely beautiful and well-worth a visit!
The Tampa Theatre is located in downtown Tampa. It was built in 1926, so it is a piece of living history that is still fully-functional. The interior is ornately-decorated beyond compare.
The Tampa Theatres shows independent films as well as hosts live concerts. If you can, try to see a live concert in this beautiful venue - it has such a special ambience!
They also offer tours of the Tampa Theatre, so if you are a history or architecture buff (and even if you are not), check it out!
